We offer a range of unique experiences that can be purchased directly through our website. Once a purchase is made, you will receive a voucher via email, which can be redeemed for the specific experience.
- Vouchers: Upon completion of your purchase, a voucher will be emailed to you with a unique code that must be presented at the time of booking or redeeming the experience. Vouchers are valid for a specified period (noted on the voucher) and cannot be used after their expiration date.
- Experience Details: Each experience listed includes a description of what is included, any restrictions, and the duration of the voucher’s validity. Please carefully review all details before making a purchase.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices on the website are listed in euro and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, any changes in pricing will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
We accept payment through various methods such as credit cards, PayPal, or other third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
4. Order Process and Voucher Delivery
Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Shortly after, a voucher will be sent to your email address, containing all relevant details about the experience and a unique code for redemption.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect email addresses provided by you. If you do not receive your voucher within 3 hours, please contact us at booking@albufeiranightlife.com.
5. No Refund Policy
All sales of experiences are final. No refunds will be provided for any purchase. Before completing your purchase, please ensure that all details of the experience meet your expectations and that you are available during the time frames provided for redemption.
- Transferability: Vouchers are typically transferable unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of the experience. However, it is your responsibility to inform us of any transfers to ensure the new participant can redeem the voucher.
6. Experience Availability and Bookings
While we strive to offer availability for all our experiences, they may be subject to changes due to weather conditions, third-party providers, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Booking: You are responsible for contacting the experience provider to schedule your experience. Bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred dates. Contact details for booking will be provided on the voucher.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your experience, it must be done within the terms and conditions specified by the provider. In some cases, changes may not be permitted after a booking is confirmed.
7. Expiration and Redemption of Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for a specified period, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase and on the voucher itself. After this period, the voucher will expire and cannot be redeemed.
- Non-Refundable: Expired vouchers cannot be extended or refunded under any circumstances.
- Redeeming Vouchers: The voucher code must be presented at the time of booking or at the experience location. It is your responsibility to follow the redemption process provided on the voucher.
8. Changes and Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to modify, replace, or cancel any experience at any time due to reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative experience of equal value or issue a credit to be used toward a different experience.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other acts of force majeure.
9. Limitation of Liability
Florival Palma, S.A is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your use of our website, vouchers, or experiences, including but not limited to missed savings, lost revenue, or interruptions to services.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the purchase price of the experience in question.

You may create an account to streamline future purchases. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your login information. We are not responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account if you fail to safeguard your credentials.
